Empowering Global Minds | Supporting Future Scholars
At iConferences, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of researchers by offering more than just a stage
we offer support
The iConferences Research Fund supports scholars through travel grants, publication assistance, and seed funding. We aim to reduce financial barriers for researchers—especially those from low-resource settings—while promoting inclusive and impactful academic contributions.
iConferences' Commitment to the Research Fund
The iConferences Research Fund was launched in 2025 as a strategic initiative to promote equitable access to academic opportunities, particularly for early-career researchers and those from underrepresented regions.
As the founding organization, iConferences has provided the initial monetary contribution to establish this fund. This support comes directly from a portion of our conference revenue and reflects our long-standing commitment to advancing knowledge and promoting global academic collaboration.
While the fund is currently sustained through internal allocations, we envision expanding it in the future with support from academic partners, sponsors, and our community of participants. This will enable us to offer more travel grants, publication fee support, and seed funding for innovative research—especially in areas aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
iConferences will continue to play a central role in managing, evaluating, and distributing the fund with transparency and accountability.
As we take these first steps, we welcome collaboration and contributions to help us grow this initiative and create greater impact in the years to come.
“With your support, we aim to fund at least 3 travel grants and 2 publication grants in 2026”
